Awesome 747 to work on!
This Level 5 Model took roughly 2 weeks to complete it how i think it should look, If your a huge aviation fan or just LOVE the Boeing 747 in general, this Model is going to look great no matter where you display it. All the parts are perfectly molded. Instruction booklet is top notch to a T. Give you all the decals needed to resemble Lufthansa ( German Airline ).Current paint needed to use /and where to paint. Being honest some of the painting (airbrush in my case) needed some very careful tape placement to give an accurate paint job on the 747. Would absolutely recommend for ages 10-up because of the fine detail needed to assemble.

Highly detailed/Highly challenging
Very highly detailed model. It's definitely not a kit for beginners, but a nice challenge/reward for experienced modelers. It might be a good idea to go to Revell's website and download the instructions to make sure it's something you'll want to tackle and to make sure you have the paints needed.

A Gorgeous, Handsome Model
Absolutely thrilled with the quality of this Revell product, and also because it's molded in white, which means I don't have to paint 90% of it. Fantastic. Glad to have this, the largest size of this model available; about 20" long and 19" wide. Excellent replica of the finest Jumbo Jet liner ever made IMHO.

Bad quality
I would have given zero stars if that was possible. Very bad quality plastic which makes it very difficult to assemble. Plastic just breaks off despite of careful handling. I would not recommend buying this.

Weak plastic
If you want to build a 747, the choices are rather limited. The plastic is weak, thin, and felt of a cheaper quality. A few pieces just broke off, even when I cut them with a X-acto hobby knife. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the overall quality and therefore my build. Been building plastic models for 40+ years. My last Revell model was only 1+ years ago. And the quality of plastic was way better, like the old days. Other things I did not like? The windows on the plane was just a decal. Ok, if I can slide the decal on the plastic. But the windows are holes, and the decal would not stay or stay flat. It would have been better if was a clear plastic piece, like a model car's windshield. So my 747 build just have no windows, because the decals just don't look right. Would I recommend it? No. If you must build a 747 model, at this scale (larger size), this may be it as I did not find other choices. Anything good? The pieces did come together and fit nicely. Like everything else, this was an example of cost cutting. Considering the purchase price, Revell should have used better plastic.

Nice model BUT terrible packaging!
This plastic model shipped half way around the world in a paper bag, yes they put it in a paper bag, and the box inside turned up dented, squashed & ripped. One very disappointed 12 year old, he bought this with his birthday money. Beware.

Ottima fattura
tenuto conto della scala e delle dimensioni di alcune parti, assolutamente perfetto. le parti coincidono senza problemi. unica pecca i colori indicati nelle istruzioni non riportano il codice colore che si trova sul sito revell, bisogna perdere un pochino di tempo.
