Does not fit a 1999 Dodge ram van. Listing says it does. Hitch is 35½ center hole to hole. Also, this would make me remove the underside spare tire, if it did fit.

Excellent Product and Service
Wow, great receiver and fast delivery from Everything Aftermarket. I have been kicking myself for 20 years for not ordering the towing package when I got my 1995 Dodge Cummins 2500. Since real men only pull fifth-wheel and gooseneck trailers, I figured why spend the money on a sissy "bumper hitch." But now I'm retired, and I'm downsizing everything. If I had known a receiver could be this easy to install, I would have put one on the old clatterwagon long ago. I ordered yesterday morning, and by 1 o'clock this afternoon my truck was ready to pull. Installation was super-easy, but of course I had already removed the rusted-out bumper (replacement arriving tomorrow) and wire-brushed the frame. If the bumper had been in place, it might have required a few more minutes and another expletive or two. The holes lined up perfectly, and it came with plates that keep the bolt heads from turning as you tighten the nuts, so all you need is one 3/4" socket. This will also be handy if it has to be removed when both I and the bolts are old and rusty. I thought I had read somewhere that you have to remove the spare tire to install this receiver, so I had already dropped it, but I don't think it would have been necessary. No problem; it needed to have the gravel and muck cleaned off anyway.
