My daughter with type 1 diabetes wanted to be type 1 diabetes Barbie for Halloween. It was hard to attach the random rope/fabric strips inside the box to my daughter. There was no good way to hold it on her. It was also bulky and not super comfortable. She only wore it for pictures, not for trick or treating. I would get a different more stable and easy to use one if I had to buy one again. It was cute, just hard to work with.

Very cute but on the flimsy side, we reinforced it by adding cardboard inside to help it keep the box shape.
