Very delicate
Purchased for 3 going on 4 year old. She loved it. With pracitce and age will learn to build on her own. Count your pieces before you build, it will help with the build process. Once log structures are built they are very delicate and not ideal for pieces to be played with other than the buildings are just there for looks. Hen house was a hit. The additional pieces (animals, trees, people and tractor have been a hit and played more often with a different city road set toy for now). It's been great for us to play with our little one together until she grows into more.

Fun childhood memory
I loved building logs as a kid. My grandson played with some at a large outdoor store and had so much fun we had to get him some for Christmas. These are just as great as the name brand for way less. Would definitely recommend.
