These are sturdy, paper gift bags with strong handles and a secure, reinforced base. I love the traditional designs, (you get 4 of each) they are all good quality and fit for purpose. I put 2 x 1 litre bottles in one of the bags and it held up very well to being carried around. Overall, these are very festive, good quality gift bags and at £10.99 for 12, good value for money - happy to recommend.

The bags feels nice and sturdy, and they are roomy enough to hold a good number of items if using them (as I plan) to make up pamper packs to give to teenagers or to hold a number of activity items (including colouring books and crayons) for younger children. The designs on them are classical which makes them suitable for all ages and genders. And they're a nice matt finish, which is also more in keeping with the designs than a glossy finish would be. The strings handles are nice and thick, and are long treasury tags which means they hold in place due to a small plastic bar on the inside of the bag. However, one of my bags arrived with a handle missing. There's no loose handle in the package anywhere, but the holes are present and intact so I could try and find some ribbon which would serve as an alternative - whilst also removing and replacing the single handle that it came with. At £10.99 for a set of 12, that makes them just under 92p each which seems very reasonable for the size and quality. If I had purchased them I don't think the missing handle would have been enough to make me return them, as it would be too much hassle for the additional cost of a length of ribbon from a local habadashery shop. But had they been a last minute purchase due to me running out of time to wrap all my present purchases (which I regularly do), it could have been much more of a problem.

These Christmas gift bags are great quality and a really good size, larger than a standard A4 sheet. The paper feels sturdy, and the thick string handles easily hold heavier gifts without tearing. The festive designs are classic and cheerful, there’s one for everyone and it makes them perfect for any Christmas presents or party favours. A solid, practical set for holiday gifting.

Vintage vibe paper bags
These Christmas bags are gorgeous! I love the velvet rope handles and the thickness of the paper — they feel so solid and luxurious. With a bit of tissue paper inside, they’ll look super premium. My favourite is the Christmas tree design, but all of them have such a lovely vintage vibe.
