Beautiful barbie costume!
My little girl absolutely loves this Barbie costume. It comes with all accessories and fits very true to size. It is great for parties and I am overall very impressed with the quality. 10/10 from me.

Great costume, but many were not sure who it was supposed to be
This is a fairly well made fancy dress costume, I would say that II found the sizing to be a bit out as my 5 year old niece tried it and it was very big on her (or maybe I just have a small niece. Anyway it was easy to adjust with just a couple of stitches here and there. The problem is, that to a lot of party goers there is a very thin line between this costume and a pretty party outfit. The arm bands, neck piece and tiara give it more of a costume look, but I guess that as Barbie is often portrayed as a bit of a party girl then this type of costume is going to look like party outfit. Girls often wear tops with the Barbie logo so that doesn’t really help. However, for dress up and play at home she loves it. It transports her into the story when she is playing with her Barbie and other dolls. It is worth the money but I would say more as a dress-up item rather than a fancy dress.

It's basically just a very thin and delicate tutu
We were looking forward to receiving the Rubie's Official Barbie Child Accessory Set but it turns out to be quite disappointing. Despite the child having a full outfit on in the product photo this set only includes a tutu skirt, a necklace, headband and two wing armbands. I was expecting the top and fabric shoes to come too as they are part of the outfit but it seems they don't which means you don't really have a Barbie outfit at all unless you can find a similar top to go with this set. The accessories are not the best quality with all the accessories other than the tutu being made from a printed felt kind of material which either are either worn by elastic or Velcro closures. The tutu is very thin and soft feeling and only a few layers. I don't feel like this tutu will be durable at all and I predict it'll be ripped in no time! It is also disappointing that the Barbie head and logo pattern is only on one side of the tutu. It's not exactly cheap so couldn't they stretch to make the pattern cover both sides. It is very pretty on the one side it's on though with a shiny pink foil effect. I am very disappointed with this set, especially for a well known costume company. This is just a cheaply made accessory set which is taking advantage of Barbies popularity right now. This set was £20 when I ordered it but now it has gone up to £26 at the time of writing this review which is ridiculous as I'd say it's not worth more than £10. Maybe if it was a whole outfit it might be worth more but you'd be better putting money towards a complete outfit than these accessories.

Nice
This fancy dress kit consists of a skirt which has Barbie written on it and some armbands, a neckband and a headband. The skirt itself is well made and looks good, the accessories are ok, I. Not sure how durable they will be and only time will tell. You can use this skirt for every day use which is a plus point. I’ve rated this 4 stars as essential you are paying £20 for a skirt. The accessories are ok but they not really a selling point.

Fun dress up
My grandaughter loves this and dressing up as her favourite toy Barbie. It fits her well and is easy for her to put on. Lovely sparkly net skirt she loves twirling around in. Lovely for a child who loves Barbie
