Good size and seems like they will last. Bought for a beach trip but currently using in a sand table. Size is a little large for the sand table but should be great at the beach or for larger sand pits.

Great molds still buckle a bit with heavy sand
We brought these to North Myrtle Beach and got great usage out of them. My boys, 5 & 7 used this along with buckets and shovels to create a large castle with splash wall. I found slowly pulling the molds away from the sand provided crisp shapes -im sure the damp sand helped with that too. These are made of plastic and are solid for play but did give a bit when packed with sand.

Good size
Make sure that you check the sizes on anything similar to these molds. Several others LOOK big but are not, these are a good size for younger children. The molds are tough enough to last for a few seasons. I use a non stick food spray and gently wipe off excess. This greatly increases the ease of the sand to release from mold. To the beach!

Durable and easy to use
These are made of strong plastic and we were even able to use them to help dig more sand and they held up. Very nice value.

These worked great for a day of making sandcastles. They were thick and not flimsy like some others.

Good size and design, but plastic too thin
My boys loved playing with these on our recent beach trip. They are a nice size. (Picture of them by my 3.5 year old for size reference.). Unfortunately, on only our second day there, I noticed one already had a good size crack in the bottom. It was still usable as a mold, but the boys were also using the two larger ones to bring water over to their creation. The yellow one could no longer hold water the second day, due to the crack. I really struggled between a 3 and 4 star rating. I do think these are a nice size, good design, and better than the junk you can get at convenience stores. They just weren't quite as durable as I was expecting for the price. Four pieces for ten bucks... They should at least last one vacation!

kids love these
These molds are a good size for my kids aged 4 and 7. They are pretty durable and should last several vacations. They had a great time building sand castles with them.

These were outstanding! Very durable and provided tons of entertainment for me and my 12 year old at the beach!
