You get two pieces of ribbon, a needle and have to thread each letter and number. It’s an absolute faff and takes considerable time. Wouldn’t buy one of these again. Just want to open and hang.

Missing letter!!!
You have to put it together yourself. The string broke very easily. The worst part is though, the letter A was missing. So had to miss out dancing queen.
