We bought two owls for our boys: 1. Aurora World Miyoni Snowy Owl 11" Plush (actual size is about 9,5") 2. Wild Republic Cuddlekins 12" Snowy Owl I do like both of them. I would have hard time to choose between two of them. We needed 2 similar (but not identical) owls as a present for our Harry Potter fans age 7 and 9. 1. Aurora World Miyoni Snowy Owl 11" Plush This toy is smaller size them listed (9,5 inches instead of 11), but very cute. Not as squishy as Wild Republic Cuddlekins 12" Snowy Owl. This owl has rather hard feet. It can be a positive - it stands very good , or negative - not as cuddly. I like the fur material a bit better from the mom's perspective. I wash my younger son's stuff animals in a washing machine regularly and this owl will do just fine in the washer and dryer. The cons: the stuffing could be a bit softer. 2. Wild Republic Cuddlekins 12" Snowy Owl. This owl is so soft and huggable. It is very close to the size listed. It looks a bit dorkier then the Aurora World Miyoni Snowy Owl 11" Plush. The fur is really silky and nice to the touch but I do not believe it can stand much of the abuse and regular cleaning. The fibers are easy to pull out. It is not a big deal for my 9 y.o. since he is not use sleeping with stuffed animals and mostly going to keep it displayed on the shelf.

This item is Wild Republic item number 20957 Snowy Owl. It's great. It'll be a surprise for my Harry Potter fan, an owl like Hedwig. Very soft. Size is as described. Please see pictures posted with this review and the video on the video section. The other owl is also Wild Republic (item number 2311 Great Horned Owl Sitting) but we are using it as a screech owl for my other child. Both are great and shown in video.

My daughter wanted a snow owl for months after reading in school about snow owls. I came across this one and thought looked very cute and wanted bigger then 6 or 8in. When I recieved this in the mail, I am so glad I got this for my princess. The wings are huge and so realistic! It has the beans in it's butt so it will sit down ( my daughter loves to sit all her animals down to play with them). It also has beans in the top of the wings so she can pretend it's flying. This stuffed animal is the softest!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!! It does have a card attached to it that gives info about the real animal! The shipping was quick and no problems. I will go through them again, with having three kids and stuff animals being a must have! Yes, I played with the owl before hiding it until my daughter's birthday party. Will write on how my daughter (7yrs old) olves it, but know this will be one of her favorite stuffed animals.

What I was looking for!
I was really skeptical about purchasing this, as all the photos showing the item are different and don't look the same. I wanted the owl that was the first photo you see upon clicking on the product. The reviews seemed back and forth about how it looked from previous buyers, so I took the chance, because I didn't like any of the other choices on Amazon. I'm glad I risked it! It's so soft and real-looking. My 19 month old daughter just loves owls and runs around hooting like one all the time. She'll flip to the owls in my bird identification book and always point to the snowy owl, so I had to find her one. I plan to put this back for Christmas for her. I think she will love it!

Not super-soft but really beautiful.
This owl is really beautiful - even nicer than the photos. Be aware that it's wings are stuffed pretty tight and do not move. I wish they are a little floppier and softer, so that he/she was a tag bit more hug-able. But even with that, the owl's "feathers" (well, soft toy fur) is SO soft, I would say even luxurious. The clever way they made the "fur" look like feathers is beautiful. It's lovely, and beautiful bed-time friend, and we highly recommend.

IT'S SO FLUFFY I COULD DIE.
Not going to lie. I really want to keep it. I bought it as a present for a secret Santa, and it's much cuter than the picture. (In fact it doesn't look much like the picture at all. Better quality.)He's fat, plushie, and probably worth more than the money I spent on him. I may get another one...

Wonderful soft and cuddly toy - bought for a little girl who was very poorly so that she would have a 'friend' to bring her comfort. At the time of buying this owl was on a special offer which made it even more wonderful.
