Deflated Sadness!
We bought it, blew it up and put it by in ground pool. the children were all 8 years and under, but the seam busted after 2 hours of swimming! Could not be sealed by us. A big loss!

Leaks air on day one
Leaks air but from where? Was fun for 30 minutes. I’d pass on buying- too much money to just throw away. Poor customer service Highly disappointed

Durable material
I was a little hesitant to buy this slide , thinking it would not last very long with my grandkids, 3 boys 1 girl, ages 10-2, but it is made of good quality material. They had a lot of fun with it in the pool.

Fun while it lasted
Fun slide but lasted less than a year essentially. We were careful with it and stored it away in winter. Tiny hole after tiny hole. PITA to find new holes just due to the size. If you have $200 a summer to blow on this blow up, great, otherwise it's not a good value.

Fun for kids but doesn’t stay inflated
The media could not be loaded. Bought this the first time - quick easy to unbox and inflate but it didn’t stay inflated. No obvious holes but it was leaking air. We returned with Amazon and ordered a replacement. It’s came and holds air a little better but it definitely needs a top of air before it use so there must be a slow puncture/ leak somewhere. Easy to clean, perfect for my 8 and 10 year with weight of 65lbs and 78lbs. Great fun just wish it was stay inflated for longer periods of time as it was a little pricier. Great for the pool and lake.

Summer Fun
We only use for two weeks a year on the lake but after a couple days we would find it deflated in the morning and every morning after re-inflating it. Looked all over for a air leak to patch but found none. Fortunately the fine folks at Amazon sent another slide to us and have had no issues with it.

Fantastic product! Big Hit with all ages.
The Smile and Slide has provided so much fun this Summer for my grandkids and adult children. It is easy to inflate and very sturdy! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a pool. In addition we did get the 6 X 6 Wow Water Walkway that easily zips on to the slide. When put in the pool the kids can climb on the walkway and climb up the slide. There are no negatives to this product.

Not recommended -- seam split after 3 uses, warranty has run out, can't return!!!
This is not well made, the seam opened-up after only 3 uses. Regret this purchase, unfortunately only 30-day return policy! Update: customer service was VERY helpful and sent me a new slide. Wonderful customer service, couldn't be happier thank you!

Arrivé en piteuse état!
Le produit mériterait sûrement 4 ou 5 étoiles. Ne me méprenez pas, cest très amusant. Mais au prix que l'on paie, il doit arriver impeccable! En ouvrant la boîte on a pu immédiatement comprendre que le produit avait été utilisé. Plein de sable et de pelouse. Bon, pas si grave. Mais quand on a commencé à le gonfler, ouf! Gros bruit de fuite. J'ai dû le patcher immédiatement. Une fois gonflé, la catastrophe... Tellement usé, pleins de micro-trous. Vraiment déçu! Voilà le pourquoi du "1 étoile" grandement mérité! Si il avait été neuf il aurait mérité facilement 4 ou 5 étoiles. Je suis en pourparlers avec la compagnie car je ne veux pas de remboursement mais bien un remplacement car il n'est plus disponible sur Amazon pour le moment! Voilà.
