These blocks are fantastic! We’ve had these for several months now and my 2-year-old STILL plays with them every single day. For anyone who’s had a 2-year-old, you know how impressive that is. I think the fun factor is atributed to the following: 1) These are BLOCKS. Blocks are fun to stack. They’re fun to knock down. They are an open-ended toy. No additional explanation needed. 2) They are BIG! We got the bigger sized blocks which means they stack up really tall. And you know how it goes—the taller the stack, the further they fall! 3) They are bright and cheery-looking. We got the colorful set primarily because they were less expensive, but I’m so glad we did. I originally wanted to get the blue set or the earth tones set but I’m so glad we ended up with the colorful ones. They add a fun punch of color to our play space and really catch the eye of our son. What kid doesn’t love colors? 4) They are firm enough to hold their shape when sat on (by a toddler), yet soft enough to bounce off said toddler’s head. They also won’t break when tossed, and won’t put a hole in the wall. 5) The material covering the foam blocks is of great quality. There was zero off-gassing. It is durable even with rough play, it is smooth and soft to the touch, yet has a bit of grip so they stack well. Yes, they are a tad on the expensive side for a set of blocks, but when you consider the above, they really are worth the price, especially considering how much play you’ll get out of them. I foresee these being used for the next couple of years, and when we are done with them, I’m sure I’ll be able to pass them on to another family. They are that great.

Grandson Loves These Blocks
These blocks are fantastic. The best part is they are easy to wipe off when they need a little cleaning. No taking the covers off and washing on a regular basis or worrying about dog hairs sticking to them. They look like the stitching is going to hold up really well. My grandson loves the bright colors. He climbs on them, sits on them and stacks and knocks them down. He will put other toys on them to play with and sometimes uses the blocks like drums. They are a very versatile toy so I'm sure he thinks of other uses as well. My husband will build them so he can crawl between like a tunnel since he hasn't quite been able to do that by himself yet. I highly recommend these for 10 months and up, depending on the child. They will last quite a few years as they explore and find different uses.

Wonderful !
I bought this set along with another set for my grandkids and they all love them. The one year old climbs on them, the 3 and 6 year olds build obstacle courses with them. The grands play with them every time they are here. When not in use, they stack nicely in a corner. I bought them before the oldest was born. They show no signs of wear. Highly recommend!

great for a wide age range!
These are fantastic & fun! My boys are 6 and 3, but we also have a newborn due in a couple weeks, so she should get quite a kick out of these too as soon as she starts crawling and pulling up! The 6 and 3-yr.old are LOVING these! They love to build a wall and then feel super-strong by knocking it down with no effort. I've also used them for homeschooling to teach concepts (like top, middle, bottom). The boys have built a rock quarry with these, skyscrapers, bunny burrows, you name it. The only "problem" is sharing!! :) These blocks are the perfect amount of squishy and firm: you can sit and stand on them depending on your weight, but you can't damage them or ruin their shape by doing so and they also feel wonderfully soft to squeeze. An infant or toddler could easily use one as a chair. Obviously the price is a bit frightening (and I found some colors are half the price of others??)--but I expect these will last quite awhile and I'm looking into some of the other products offered by this company!!

My daughter loves these
First I used them in her indoor tent when she was crawling. Then I got rid of the tent and just let her play on them like an obstacle course in the floor when she started walking. Now she uses them as an obstacle course and to sit on. I put them in her closet and she just pulls them back out. She’s 2 and a half now. I anticipate we still have some more years to use them. The only wear I have seen is where she wrote on a few blocks. But alcohol would probably clear the marks off if I cared to wipe them off. One of my favorite buys.

An Investment Toy for Creative Play
I am thrilled with these blocks. I am sensitive to smells and there is almost no smell upon opening the package. I purchased this for an 11 month old and the size and colors is unusual for toddlers that are used to so much plastic with sounds and lights. She likes patting them and moving them around. I will teach her to stack them. Good for hand eye and spacial learning. She likes to lay across them and scoot. So this is a great imagination toy that will hopefully find new ways to be used. I like this so much I invested in a larger similar product from the same seller ECR4Kids SoftZone Slide and Crawl Set These are excellent toys for alone play or co-playing, adult child play and physical play. I think it is important to provide toys that allow the child to creatively come up with ways to use a piece. I am very happy with both purchases, but if you can afford the Slide & Crawl get it too!

Everyone with kids should have these!
These blocks are just excellent! My 2 year old builds towers and obstacle courses with them and my 8 month old loves them for pushing around and pulling himself up. They are so durable, wash up super easy with a warm cloth, I wish I had more of them. They are the one toy we never rotate out, it is always in play!
